This is the last summer weekend of the regular season. America's 250th is in the rearview. The pennant chase is on. And the holiday calendar gives every ballpark in the country a Friday-through-Monday window to load up on giveaways before the postseason crowds out the promo schedule entirely.
We pulled every verified MLB, MiLB, MLS, and NWSL promotion from September 4–7, 2026 and built the guide. No filler, no inventions — just what the teams have actually announced.
The fireworks count alone is staggering. Friday September 4 has 47 fireworks or drone shows scheduled — likely the densest fireworks Friday of the entire regular season. Saturday adds 26 more. Sunday brings nine. If you wanted to find a Labor Day weekend ballpark with no postgame show, you'd have to look hard.

MiLB Fireworks Friday — The Real Density
Friday September 4 has roughly 40 MiLB Friday-night fireworks shows scheduled, including the Erie SeaWolves' "Moon Mammoth Fireworks" (which doubles as the weekend's Moon Mammoths theme), the Yard Goats' "Baby You're a Firework" show in Hartford, and the Asheville Tourists' "Firework Friday."

The Yard Goats' "Organized Labor Night" earns special mention — naming the Labor Day fireworks show after the holiday's actual origin is the kind of move only a MiLB team would pull off, and Hartford does these themed nights better than most.
The Albuquerque Isotopes' Star Wars Night + Fireworks combo is also worth flagging if you're in the Southwest — those crossover-theme nights pull the biggest non-baseball crowds of any MiLB date.

The Acuña piece is the headline pull. Triple-A bobbleheads of MLB stars typically run smaller production quantities than their MLB counterparts, and Gwinnett's giveaway nights have a track record of selling out parking lots two hours before first pitch.
The David Robinson Friday is the deep-cut pull. The Missions play in San Antonio, Robinson is the San Antonio sports figure, and a Robinson bobblehead in Missions branding is the kind of city-tribute crossover that doesn't repeat.
🏟️ Cross-Sport Crossovers: Five Leagues, One Weekend
Most weekends, the bobblehead world is baseball. This one is unusual. Inside four days you can collect from:

The RubberDucks game starts at 6:05 ET. The Reds game starts at 6:40 ET. You can't do both on Saturday. The play is to hit Akron Friday night (Patriots @ SeaWolves' fireworks are also Friday in Erie if you want a two-park Friday), pick up the Browns Dixon bobble Saturday afternoon, then drive to Cincinnati for a Sunday Brewers game — by which time the Elly bobble distribution is over but Cincinnati is still worth the trip.
Better play: Make Akron your Saturday and Cincinnati your Sunday. Skip the Elly bobble unless you're driving in just for the holiday.

Atlanta-Miami is ~660 miles — a 10-hour drive or a 90-minute flight. Doable as a fly-in/fly-out, not as a drive without giving up most of Sunday. If you're flying, the play is to base out of Atlanta Friday and Saturday (Acuña Saturday, optional Stripers nightcap), then Sunday morning flight to Miami for the 1:40 PM Beckett game. Indoor stadium, no weather risk.

Charlotte FC (Sat 9/5): Kristijan Kahlina Bobblehead. If you've been collecting non-baseball bobbleheads, this is the one — Charlotte's second bobblehead of the season and the franchise's starting goalkeeper. Bank of America Stadium on a September Saturday is one of the better MLS atmospheres on the calendar.

Marlins (Sun 9/6): Josh Beckett Hall of Fame Bobblehead. The 2003 World Series MVP gets his HoF piece. The Marlins' HoF series has been one of the more thoughtful franchise programs of the year, and the air-conditioned afternoon game makes this one of the easiest pulls of the weekend.
How to Plan Your Weekend
- Pick your headline. Yamamoto, Elly, Acuña, or one of the cross-sport plays. Everything else flexes around your one priority.
- Lock the line time. All four MLB Saturday bobbleheads start between 4 PM and 7 PM. Gates open 90 minutes to 2 hours before first pitch for giveaway nights — for Yamamoto specifically, plan to be in line at least 2 hours before.
- Use the Trip Planner to scout nearby MiLB nights once your MLB pick is locked. With this many fireworks shows in play, you've almost certainly got a second park within an hour of your first.
- Watch the secondary market early. Acuña, Yamamoto, and Elly bobbleheads typically hit eBay within 48 hours of distribution. If you want a clean box, be in line — the resale market for these three will be elevated for weeks.

The last summer weekend of the regular season delivers one of the strongest holiday-bobblehead inventories of 2026. Fifteen bobbleheads, eighty-two fireworks shows, five sports leagues, four days. If you only get to one ballpark this weekend, make it a Saturday — that's the day every headliner lines up.
And after this weekend, the schedule narrows fast. Postseason crowds out the giveaway calendar, MiLB seasons start wrapping by mid-September, and the next holiday weekend at the ballpark won't roll around until Memorial Day 2027.
